The Rite of Christian funerals is liturgical prayer. It is offered for both the bereaved and the dead. A sorrowful, suffering people gather to articulate their feelings and their faith in the presence of the Lord.
Our Liturgy attempts to provide hope and consolation to those mourning the death of a loved one. We believe that death is not an end but a beginning. As believers, the risen Jesus Christ is our hope in the midst of our tears.

Guidelines for Christian Burial
Mass of Christian Burial is a sacred day for Roman Catholics. Through our baptism we enter into God’s family. Nourished through the sacraments we live life as God’s children, anticipating eternal life with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In death we are united with the saints and angels in a holy banquet. Through the gift of faith we ask you to use reverence in planning this special Mass.
We are praying for you at this difficult time. Please have the funeral director contact your parish office.
